A warm welcome to the 3-Sonnenhaus (House with Heart)! Apples and wine need plenty of sun to ripen... and right there, amidst many hand-built stone terraces at 650 m above sea level near the famous Augustinian Canons' Monastery of Novacella, lies our Haus Karin.

Haus Karin was completely renovated with great care and passion in 2025. We are pleased to now present you with authentic, atmospheric impressions of our house and warmly welcome you!

From our apartments, you have a fantastic view of the Bressanone valley basin, our local mountain, the Plose, and the surrounding peaks such as the Schrotthorn (2,590 m) and Karspitz (2,517 m).

A perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides, and explorations – whether by car or the excellent public transport network. A well-marked network of hiking trails with diverse themed trails awaits right on your doorstep.
There's something for every taste: walks through well-kept cultural landscapes, hikes through narrow valleys and impressive gorges, alpine meadows full of flowers, or challenging summit tours. The charming high plateau villages in the surrounding area also invite you to linger.
A special highlight is Bressanone, located just three kilometers downstream of the Eisack River. The historic town, with its medieval alleys, ornate facades, and traditional arcades, entices visitors with a mix of culture, shopping, and enjoyment. This is where locals and guests meet to stroll through small boutiques, discover local markets, and experience the special flair.
